Yeast Activation Technique for use in your baking

What you need :
- 7 gram of dry active yeast for a 500g of bread flour
- half cup of warm water
- 1 teaspoonful of sugar. The yeast will eat the sugar and therefore will not count carbohydrate or add any sugar calories to your diet plans.
Method :
STEP 1.
Step1: Add warm to touch water in a half filled cup
Step 2: Stir in and dissolve 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Step3: Add Yeast aprroxmiately 1.5 gram per 100g maximum 7gram
Step4: Stir and let it rest untill the water is creamy, doubled in size and you see small bubbles.
