Original Recipe Gluten Free Atta by Dillon's Flour Mill. 

Dhillons Gluten Free Atta still uses the same 5 year old recipe; 

Pea protein, teff flour, sorghum flour, maize potato and topiaco starch with xanthan gum.

An easy 3 step recipe at the back of each pack. Add hot water then Just kead it , roll it and flip it. Each 800g pack makes 50 chapattis.
